About the Assignment
We are looking for a driven Senior IT Business Analyst with a primary focus on the aftermarket domain within construction equipment. In this role, you will bridge business needs and IT capabilities, working closely with stakeholders across the organization and within a cross-divisional aftermarket capability team. Your work will support harmonization initiatives, process improvement, and strategic growth through digitalization.
Job Description
- Develop a deep understanding of the aftermarket business and the related IT systems, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate with a cross-divisional aftermarket capability team to identify opportunities for harmonization and improved ways of working.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and internal IT colleagues.
- Drive pre-studies, projects, and change initiatives by documenting business objectives, user requirements, system documentation, and operational processes.
- Lead workshops, interviews, and analyses to gather, validate, and structure business requirements.
- Support high-level evaluation of strategic initiatives by helping define direction, scope, and success factors together with stakeholders.
- Analyze and visualize data and insights using models, diagrams, and structured presentations.
- Evaluate solution options and make recommendations based on feasibility, cost, and expected business value.
- Contribute to business cases for IT investments.
- Support solution implementation, including involvement in development, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst (or similar).
- Experience from an IT or business role within the Aftermarket domain.
- Strong business process and IT understanding, with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Visio.
- Project management capabilities.

- Experience working in cross-divisional capability teams and harmonization initiatives.
