About the Assignment
You will join an Intelligent Drive organization focused on launching ADAS functions to the European automotive market. In this role, you will lead ADAS vehicle projects end-to-end together with a validation team, ensuring plans, activities and deliveries meet market expectations. The work is cross-functional and includes close collaboration with colleagues in both Europe and China.
Job Description
- Lead or co-lead ADAS vehicle projects together with a Chinese counterpart
- Follow up vehicle project deliveries and report status to stakeholders in Europe and/or China
- Plan and drive project activities such as timing, risk management, milestones and budget follow-up
- Manage test vehicles and their usage in the project
- Coordinate test partner activities including sourcing, issue handling and planning
Requirements
- 57 years of experience in the automotive industry
- 35 years of experience within ADAS
- Valid Swedish drivers license
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of SystemWeaver
Nice to have
- Experience working in cross-cultural setups with distributed teams
