About the Assignment
We are looking for a senior Quality Leader / Project Leader to support a large, cross-functional product development environment within the automotive industry. You will help drive operational excellence and align quality work across teams, with a focus on strengthening ways of working and enabling successful deliveries across complex programs.
Job Description
- Run Operational Excellence meetings and support quality-focused discussions.
- Drive alignment with unit-wide quality goals and priorities.
- Further develop ConX Ways of Working (WoW) and key improvement initiatives.
- Align priorities with the Unified Software Factory and support effective collaboration across teams.
- Contribute to quality assurance across the full in-house software development lifecycle, including third-party software.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in in-house product development.
- Strong background in software development processes, including quality assurance for in-house and third-party software.
- Proven experience from large-scale development programs involving software, hardware, and mechatronics.
- Solid project management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Good understanding of cloud technologies, telematics, mobile applications, and embedded development.
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end in-house software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, including quality assurance.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, including presenting to stakeholders.

- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and evolving ways of working in complex organizations.
