About the Assignment
We are looking for a Technical Trainer to ensure that retail markets have the right technical trainings in place to secure strong product knowledge for workshop technicians. You will collaborate closely with market trainers, engineering networks, and project teams to translate new products and technical solutions into effective learning experiences.
The role combines training needs analysis, training development, and enablement of market trainers. You will also select the most efficient learning formats—such as classroom sessions, exercises, tests, videos, e-learning, VR and AR—to maximize knowledge transfer.
Job Description
- Identify and plan future training needs based on input from engineering and project teams
- Develop technical trainings aligned with projects and market needs
- Create and co-develop training materials and supporting content
- Deliver “Train the Trainer” sessions for market trainers on how to conduct trainings for workshop technicians
- Continuously improve training methods and media to balance interactive learning and knowledge transfer
Requirements
- Engineering degree (mechatronics, mechanical, electrical) or equivalent
- Automotive technical knowledge, including products, electrics, electronics, and electromobility
- Strong presentation, training, communication, and pedagogical skills
- Ability to teach from a technician perspective
- Ability to learn complex technical subjects and convey them clearly to others
- Ability to co-develop training materials
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong customer focus
Nice to have
- Bus driving license (category D)
- 1000V electricity license
