About the Assignment
We are looking for an Interim HR Business Partner to support a fast-growing organization within the robotics industry. In this role, you will work broadly across HR—both strategically and operationally—together with an HR team of other HR Business Partners. You will contribute to building and strengthening an evolving HR function and support initiatives closely connected to business goals, including continuous improvements of HR processes.
You will also be involved in a major workplace development initiative connected to a future relocation to a new campus environment, collaborating closely with business leaders and HR colleagues.
Job Description
- Align people priorities with business goals and support leaders in executing the people agenda.
- Act as the HR representative in the business and provide day-to-day guidance to managers on HR-related topics.
- Support managers in personnel matters, including local union dialogue/negotiations, competence management, and disciplinary cases.
- Drive and contribute to core HR processes such as annual salary review, people review sessions, succession planning, performance development, and engagement surveys.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and translate insights into practical, actionable plans.
- Work proactively with talent and support Diversity & Inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Identify and drive continuous improvements to HR processes to increase clarity and efficiency.
- Participate in and lead global and local HR projects.
Requirements
- Academic degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience from relevant HR roles.
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as business leaders, union representatives, and external partners.
- Experience advising and coaching managers across both strategic and operational HR matters.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
