About the Assignment
We are looking for an experienced LVDS expert to help strengthen product compliance in a low-volume production environment. In this role, you will take a leading part in shaping a more compliant product strategy aligned with the Low Voltage Directive (LVDS) and relevant harmonized standards. You will work both strategically and hands-on to improve ways of working and support the organization with clear guidance and documentation.
Job Description
- Lead the work towards improved compliance with the Low Voltage Directive (LVDS) across current products
- Identify and interpret applicable harmonized standards and assess how they apply to the product portfolio
- Review existing products and propose improvements to close compliance gaps
- Establish and implement improved ways of working (WoW) for compliance activities
- Create and update documentation describing how to meet LVDS demands
Requirements
- Deep expertise in the Low Voltage Directive (LVDS) and relevant harmonized standards
- Proven ability to lead and drive compliance work, both process-wise and hands-on
- Experience reviewing existing products and improving compliance through practical actions and documentation
- Ability to pass security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship not permitted)
Nice to have
- Experience with EMC and grounding strategy for cabinets and mechatronic products
- Knowledge related to personal safety
