About the Assignment
In this role, you will support a local operation in driving continuous improvement across safety, quality, efficiency and productivity throughout the value chain. You will help accelerate the deployment of the local Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) strategy, with a clear focus on customer satisfaction, cost savings and a safe working environment.
Job Description
Support the definition and implementation of improvement actions across the value chain.
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen safety, operating efficiency, quality and productivity.
Promote and support the deployment of the local Q&OpEx strategy to increase the pace of operational improvement.
Help drive outcomes such as improved customer satisfaction, profitability and cost savings within the operation.
Requirements
Experience supporting improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency and productivity.
Ability to work with and support the deployment of a Quality and Operational Excellence (Q&OpEx) strategy.
Experience working with value chain improvements within a local operational environment.
