About the Assignment
A global organization in a dynamic, fast-growing environment is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to support R&D, Design, Manufacturing and Purchasing-related operations. In this role, you will act as a finance business partner to operational stakeholders, ensuring high-quality financial reporting, analysis and forecasting, with a strong focus on financial governance and performance follow-up.
Job Description
- Deliver monthly financial reporting and analysis, including Spend, P&L, CAPEX, COGS
- Perform variance analysis versus targets, year-over-year and quarter-over-quarter
- Drive forecasting and budgeting for assigned departments
- Manage accrual and capitalization processes, including hourly rate calculations
- Support month-end closing and coordinate deliverables to Group Accounting
- Support audits and contribute to SOX compliance
- Provide ad-hoc financial analyses to support business decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working with SAP and financial analytics tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience from industrial or manufacturing environments
