About the Assignment
We are looking for a consultant to temporarily support a Business Support function within DP&I. The role focuses on administrative execution, high data quality, and smooth collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the organization. You will work closely with the Business Support team to ensure accurate handling of requests and stable day-to-day operations.
Job Description
- Handle transfer price administration activities upon request, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery
- Perform structured data cleaning and data quality tasks in relevant systems
- Review, update, validate, and correct product- or business-related data
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
- Coordinate with departments and functions across the organization to collect, confirm, and clarify information
- Support the Business Support team with general administrative tasks, documentation, and follow-ups
- Contribute to continuous, smooth daily operations together with the team
Requirements
- Experience with administrative processes and routine task handling
- Ability to perform data cleaning, validation, and quality control
- Comfortable working with structured data in business systems (e.g., ERPs, pricing systems, MDM tools)
- Strong practical skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., filtering, lookups, pivot tables, data validation)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear and professional communication skills and ability to interact with multiple departments and functions
- Structured, organized approach and ability to manage several tasks in parallel
- Self-driven and proactive when tasks or information are unclear
- Reliable, service-minded, and collaborative team player
Nice to have
- Experience from administrative roles within supply chain, finance, pricing, or data management
- Familiarity with the organizations internal systems and processes
