About the Assignment
We are looking for an experienced automation engineer to support technically complex projects within advanced process automation for the Life Sciences industry. You will be part of a dedicated engineering team and work closely with project managers, engineers, and customers, following projects end-to-end—from early concept and design to commissioning and on-site follow-up across the Nordic region.
Job Description
- Participate in delivery projects throughout the full lifecycle, from sales support and concept to commissioning and aftermarket service
- Develop functional specifications and contribute to system setup, integration, and programming
- Perform verification and validation activities, including testing together with Life Science customers
- Ensure technical solutions meet requirements related to quality, standards, and safety
- Collaborate in project and technical meetings, and take part in site visits
- Work independently in smaller initiatives or as part of larger project teams
Requirements
- Engineering education
- Several years of experience in process automation within Life Science, food, pharmaceuticals, or the process industry
- Programming experience and a strong interest in automation and control of industrial processes
- Experience in application programming in 800xA or other DCS platforms with batch functionality
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Class B driving license
