About the Assignment
We are looking for a Vendor & Financial Operations Coordinator with a strong focus on vendor management and commercial governance within a large-scale SAP programme. This is a vendor- and finance-oriented role (not technical delivery), where you will ensure structured governance, spend control, and compliance across multiple delivery partners in a complex SAP environment.
You will act as a key interface between vendors, programme management, procurement, and finance, helping the programme run smoothly from a commercial and financial perspective.
Job Description
- Own and manage vendor relationships across multiple SAP delivery partners
- Drive vendor performance follow-up, compliance, and governance
- Manage the purchase order (PO) lifecycle from creation through invoicing and reconciliation
- Control and report vendor spend, forecasts, and budget adherence
- Coordinate closely with programme management, procurement, and finance
- Support SAP programme execution from a commercial and financial perspective
- Contribute with understanding of S/4HANA realisation-phase activities, vendor compliance, and financial controls in enterprise SAP programmes
Requirements
- Proven experience in vendor management and commercial governance in large-scale SAP programmes
- Experience actively managing vendor performance, including follow-up and governance
- Experience handling high-value purchase orders and managing the full PO lifecycle
- Experience controlling and reporting vendor spend, forecasts, and budget adherence
- Strong coordination skills across programme management, procurement, finance, and external vendors
- Working knowledge of SAP environments, including S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SAP Fieldglass
- Experience with billing reconciliation and cost control
- Experience working with risk and compliance management
Nice to have
- Experience with data management in the context of programme governance and reporting
- Experience with business process mapping within enterprise programmes
