About the Assignment
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery in a global industrial environment. You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal stakeholders as well as third-party partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. The role includes ownership of objectives, planning, governance, and continuous follow-up throughout the project life cycle.
Please note: a drug test is required prior to starting the assignment.
Job Description
- Lead the project organization based on deliverables, and define roles, responsibilities, and objectives
- Develop, communicate, and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on stakeholder requirements
- Define, execute, manage, and communicate a deliverable-driven project plan
- Define, communicate, and manage the project budget
- Plan and manage quality activities using relevant processes, methods, and tools to meet project requirements
- Develop and implement a risk management plan
Requirements
- Senior experience in project management, including end-to-end planning and execution
- Proven ability to lead project organizations and coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party partners
- Strong skills in scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management
- Fluent in Swedish and fluent in English
- Ability to complete a pre-assignment drug test
