About the Assignment
We are looking for a senior professional to lead and drive integration initiatives between HR systems and an Identity & Access Management (IAM) landscape. You will play a central role bridging HR and IAM functions, while supporting an enterprise-wide IAM transformation and strengthening governance alignment.
Job Description
- Lead integration activities between HR systems and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) between HR and IAM teams
- Lead IAM-related initiatives connected to Fieldglass (internal HR tool)
- Support the Enterprise IAM Transformation Program
- Ensure alignment between HR processes and IAM governance frameworks
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in IAM and HR system integrations
- Strong understanding of HR-to-IAM/IGA tool integrations
- Solid knowledge of IAM processes, including joiner-mover-leaver (JML), access governance, and role management
- Experience working cross-functionally between business and technical teams
