About the Assignment
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support a client’s recruitment function with end-to-end delivery and a strong service mindset. You will take an ownership role for assigned recruitments, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and help ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient recruitment practices.
Job Description
- Coordinate and maintain oversight of recruitment activities for allocated roles
- Drive full recruitment processes from job posting and selection through interviews and onboarding
- Ensure high service standards across operational and administrative recruitment work
- Support and coach hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Implement and continuously improve ways of working, procedures, guidelines, and rules within your area of responsibility
Requirements
- University degree in HR or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a recruiter
- Excellent communication skills from work as an HR Recruiter and/or HR Generalist
- Self-driven and proactive with a service-minded approach
- Fluency in English and accustomed to using English in daily work
- Expertise in HR, recruitment/resourcing, and mobility
Nice to have
- Previous experience in an HR Generalist role
