About the Assignment
You will take ownership of a digital product that supports dealer and workshop operations in a complex, cross-functional environment. The focus is on delivering a user-centric, business-aligned, and data-driven solution that creates measurable value. You will collaborate closely with commercial teams, regional organizations, business units, IT, R&D, service functions, and D365 program teams.
Job Description
- Own and prioritize the product backlog and maintain a transparent roadmap.
- Lead iterative, agile product development.
- Ensure the solution supports efficient dealer and workshop processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial teams, regional organizations, business units, IT, R&D, service functions, and D365 program teams.
- Integrate AI, analytics, and data-driven insights into product decisions and development.
- Define and follow up on OKRs and KPIs to track product performance.
- Ensure compliance with strategic, security, and governance frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Owner or equivalent.
- Experience in agile delivery and iterative development.
- Experience with digitalization of workshop or service processes.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of AI, data analytics, and digital ecosystems.
- Ability to define and monitor OKRs and KPIs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
Nice to have
- Experience with UX, data, AI, or cloud.
