About the Assignment

This assignment is part of a large-scale SAP programme where the focus is on vendor management, commercial governance, and financial operations. You will work in a complex delivery environment with multiple SAP partners and act as a key link between vendors, programme management, procurement, and finance.

The role is business- and operations-focused rather than technical, with responsibility for ensuring strong governance, spend control, and compliance across the programme.

Job Description

• Manage relationships with multiple SAP delivery partners.
• Follow up on vendor performance, compliance, and governance activities.
• Own the purchase order lifecycle from creation through invoicing and reconciliation.
• Monitor vendor spend, forecasts, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with programme management, procurement, and finance stakeholders.
• Support SAP programme execution from a commercial and financial perspective.
• Contribute to financial controls and vendor compliance in the realisation phase of the SAP programme.

Requirements

• Proven experience in vendor management and commercial governance.
• Strong experience managing purchase orders, billing reconciliation, and cost control.
• Documented ability to manage vendor performance and high-value vendor spend.
• Experience acting as an interface between vendors, programme management, finance, and procurement.
• Experience from SAP environments, including S/4HANA, Ariba, and Fieldglass.
• Good understanding of vendor compliance and financial controls within enterprise SAP programmes.
• Ability to work with high precision, accountability, and strong stakeholder coordination.
