About the Assignment
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to support one of our clients in the transition from the current quality management system to Canea One. In this role, you will work closely with quality stakeholders and management to ensure a structured implementation, strong process alignment, and a smooth change journey for the organization.
This assignment suits someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys combining quality work, project coordination, and change management.
Job Description
- Lead the transfer and implementation of Canea One.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Document processes and ensure alignment with relevant quality standards.
- Train employees in the new system and support change management initiatives.
- Monitor risks, track progress, and report outcomes to management.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Fluent written and spoken Swedish.
- Proven project management experience.
- Strong understanding of how processes relate to product specifications.
- Previous experience from similar implementation projects.
- Experience working with quality management systems.
- Ability to work independently and drive progress in a changing environment.
