About the Assignment
We are looking for a senior Program Manager to support development initiatives within eMobility in the automotive industry. In this role, you will represent the brand and business perspective in a larger development program, ensuring that solutions and deliveries align with customer needs, business goals, and industrial conditions.
You will work in a cross-functional product development environment with close collaboration across functions such as R&D, production, purchasing, marketing, service, and quality.
Job Description
- Represent the brand perspective and ensure that business and customer needs are reflected in the development program.
- Coordinate work across development, production, purchasing, marketing, service, and other key functions.
- Balance technical solutions with business value and customer benefit.
- Support project definition and the preparation of decision material.
- Identify risks and dependencies that may affect delivery, timelines, or business objectives.
- Ensure that changes are managed in a structured way and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up on deliveries to ensure they meet agreed plans and defined objectives.
- Report status, risks, and decision needs to relevant steering forums.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project or program management within product development.
- Experience from the automotive industry or other complex system development.
- Experience working cross-functionally in large organisations.
- Experience working closely with business and market perspectives in development projects.
- Strong ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive decisions in complex organisations.
- Fluent English and Swedish.
Nice to have
- Experience in electrification or eMobility.
- Experience from global development programs.
- Experience from product introduction or industrialisation.
