About the Assignment
You will support a product area within a global industrial technology environment that is continuing to strengthen its agile ways of working. In this role, you will help establish and operationalize product strategies, coach teams and leaders, and contribute to a more mature and consistent product organization. The assignment combines strategic work with hands-on coaching and close collaboration across leadership, product teams, and agile enablement functions.
Job Description
- Drive and support the development of product strategies for teams within the product area.
- Ensure alignment with the organization’s agile maturity model and strategic objectives.
- Organize and facilitate agile meetings for the Product Area Leadership Team and manage the backlog.
- Support roadmap-related activities through preparation, coordination, and follow-up.
- Identify future needs, improvements, and organizational recommendations for the product area.
- Coach leaders and teams in agile ways of working.
- Support product teams in backlog structure and refinement, prioritization, capacity planning, and ways of working.
- Clarify roles, responsibilities, and collaboration models across teams.
- Mentor and support a newly onboarded PA Coach in their continued development.
- Support or lead communities of practice and cross-team sync sessions to strengthen alignment and collaboration.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience as an agile coach or similar role.
- Excellent understanding of agile frameworks and principles.
- Experience coaching both leaders and teams in agile ways of working.
- Hands-on experience providing guidance, support, and concrete recommendations.
- Experience facilitating workshops, kick-offs, and training sessions.
- Strong documentation skills and the ability to develop processes and training materials.
- Ability to plan, structure, and lead work independently.
- Fluent Swedish and English.
Nice to have
- Experience with product management practices.
