About the Assignment

You will take a leading role in shaping Pega-based solutions in a regulated banking environment. The assignment combines strategic business architecture with hands-on solution design, where you work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to turn complex requirements into scalable, compliant, and user-centric applications.

You will help drive design decisions, governance, and agile delivery across a cross-functional setup. This role suits you if you enjoy balancing business needs, enterprise principles, and practical solution design while creating structure in complex transformation initiatives.

Job Description

• You will lead the business architecture and design of Pega solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user experience.
• You will collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate complex processes into effective Pega solutions.
• You will provide leadership and mentorship to business analysts, process designers, and cross-functional teams.
• You will ensure that solutions follow business standards, governance frameworks, and enterprise architecture principles.
• You will work hands-on with solution design, including High-Level Design documentation, Layer Cake design, Pega Case Type design, data model definition, and system integrations.
• You will drive Pega application design and setup, including Layer Cake architecture and Case Types.
• You will support agile delivery with sprint planning, user stories, backlog management, and collaboration with UX and development teams.

Requirements

• You have Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega business architecture and business process design.
• You hold a Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification.
• You have a strong understanding of Pega business design principles and case management implementation strategies.
• You have proven experience translating complex business requirements into structured Pega solutions.
• You have experience driving Pega application design, including Layer Cake architecture and Case Type implementation.
• You have experience working in Agile or SAFe environments, including managing user stories, backlog, and sprint execution.
• You have strong knowledge of business process integration patterns and customer journey mapping.
• You have experience working in financial services or other regulated industries, with a solid understanding of compliance requirements.
• You have experience within the banking industry.
• You communicate clearly and build trust with stakeholders at different levels while taking ownership of complex business transformation initiatives.
