About the Assignment

You will take a central role in information security within customer engagements in complex IT and operational environments. As the main point of contact for security matters, you will combine governance, advisory work, and structured follow-up to ensure that security requirements, contractual commitments, and internal standards are met.

You will work closely with customers, delivery teams, Service Delivery Management, the Security Operations Center, and other key functions. The role is non-operational, but it requires strong technical understanding, sound judgment, and the ability to create trust in dialogue with both business and technical stakeholders.

This assignment suits you if you enjoy driving security work at a strategic and tactical level, while helping shape a mature and sustainable security posture across customer deliveries.

Job Description

• Act as the single point of contact for security matters in customer engagements.
• Ensure compliance with information security requirements, agreements, and internal standards.
• Establish, maintain, and follow up on the information security risk register.
• Lead and participate in security forums with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct security reviews and follow up on actions and improvements.
• Prepare and present monthly security reporting.
• Contribute to and maintain development plans from a security perspective.
• Support during security incidents, investigations, and escalations.
• Review security aspects of changes through change assessment.
• Review architecture and design documentation from a security perspective.
• Create, manage, and follow up on delivery-specific security handbooks and plans.
• Collaborate with sales and help identify business opportunities within security.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in information security work.
• Several years of experience in IT security.
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of ISMS, risk management, incident management, and compliance follow up.
• Experience working closely with customers in complex IT and operational environments.
• Documented experience in leading security work at an account level or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a structured, independent, and advisory manner.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
• Willingness to undergo background checks, including review of public financial and legal records.

Nice to have

• Experience from a technical IT security role.
