About the Assignment

You will support a large industrial organization in strengthening cybersecurity across its industrial sites. In close collaboration with central information security stakeholders, you will help turn cybersecurity directives into practical actions across IT, OT and product cybersecurity domains.

This is a hands-on and coordinating role where you help local teams plan, implement, maintain and improve security measures in daily operations. You will work across multiple sites, contribute as a subject matter expert in project-based cybersecurity initiatives, and help create long-term adoption of security processes, controls and ways of working in an industrial environment.

Job Description

• Communicate prioritized and actionable cybersecurity activities based on directives, risk analyses and regulatory requirements.
• Support local teams in defining, planning, implementing, maintaining and upgrading security measures, policies and controls.
• Facilitate implementation through workshops, documentation support and clear follow-up that enables execution at site level.
• Maintain and standardize templates, registers and compliance artifacts to support audits, evidence tracking and structured follow-up.
• Clarify responsibilities across functions such as Maintenance, IT and automation, including support with RACI mapping.
• Drive technical follow-up on security baselines, vulnerability-related actions and architecture requirements across industrial environments.
• Contribute to project-based cybersecurity development work as a subject matter expert within OT, while collaborating closely with adjacent IT and product cybersecurity areas.
• Support onboarding and capability growth for local employees and help strengthen sustainable security practices in operational teams.

Requirements

• Experience working with IT, OT and product cybersecurity in industrial environments.
• Experience with industrial IoT and relevant regulatory and security frameworks such as NIS2, R155, NIST, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/SAE 21434.
• Strong understanding of management systems, risk-based compliance and process ownership.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple domains and functions, and to support teams in turning directives into practical implementation.
• Experience following up activities, security measures and compliance-related work in a structured way.
• Strong technical understanding combined with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with local sites, central stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
