About the Assignment
You will support a Service Operations organisation where multiple programmes, initiatives and business-as-usual activities run in parallel. The assignment is all about creating structure, keeping momentum and making sure actions, risks, decisions and dependencies are visible and followed through across stakeholders.
In this role, you will work independently and stay close to both delivery and governance. You will turn input from different sources into clear reporting, practical follow-up and better transparency for leaders and teams. If you enjoy bringing order to complexity and helping important work move forward, this is a rewarding assignment.
Job Description
- You will drive structured coordination across programmes and initiatives by tracking actions, risks, issues, dependencies and milestones.
- You will maintain and continuously update trackers, governance artefacts and shared resources, while identifying delays, gaps or misalignment early and driving follow-up or escalation when needed.
- You will coordinate meetings, working groups and cross-functional follow-up, making sure decisions are documented, actions are assigned and commitments are completed.
- You will prepare status reports, dashboards, presentations and progress updates that give leadership clear visibility of delivery health.
- You will gather and synthesise information from multiple sources to support decision-making and programme oversight.
- You will support onboarding and offboarding coordination, help ensure system readiness and contribute hands-on to selected programme activities.
- You will also assist with basic budget follow-up and procurement support in line with established processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in programme coordination, PMO, project support or operations coordination within a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Experience tracking actions, risks, issues and dependencies, with a strong focus on follow-up and delivery.
- Experience preparing status reporting, dashboards or leadership updates.
- Ability to work independently, use sound judgement and proactively identify delays, risks and dependencies.
- Strong coordination and execution discipline, with the ability to maintain accountability across stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in documentation, reporting and tracker maintenance.
- Strong proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint or similar.

- Exposure to governance structures, programme tracking or PMO frameworks.
