About the Assignment

In this assignment, you will turn quantitative business data into clear insights that support better decisions, stronger business strategies, and continuous performance improvement. You will work in a data-driven environment where quality, structure, and analytical depth matter, and where your conclusions help stakeholders understand what is happening in the business and what to do next.

You will be involved across the full analysis cycle: from collecting and preparing data to building reports, dashboards, and survey-based analyses. The role combines hands-on analytical work with close collaboration with stakeholders, which means you will need to understand business needs, translate them into useful analyses, and present findings in a way that creates impact. Job Description

• You will collect, structure, and analyze quantitative data to support business decisions, strategy development, and follow-up of results.
• You will prepare datasets for analysis by compiling, sorting, and organizing information from different sources.
• You will identify and resolve data quality issues through recurring and ad hoc data cleaning, validation, and testing.
• You will create analyses, reports, and dashboards using business intelligence and data analysis tools within a structured reporting framework.
• You will apply statistical methods and data visualization techniques to make complex information easy to understand.
• You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into relevant analyses and reporting.
• You will develop both recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards based on business needs.
• You will present findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders through clear summaries, graphs, tables, and fact-based presentations.
• You will design, execute, and analyze surveys, including developing questions, testing accessibility and usability, and improving methods for future surveys.
• You will conduct background research, troubleshoot sampling issues, and help ensure that survey data and broader datasets support reliable conclusions.

Requirements

• Experience collecting, reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative business data.
• Ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and business issues in datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Experience using mathematical and statistical methods to analyze data and present conclusions.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards with business intelligence and visualization tools.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Power Apps.
• Ability to design, execute, and analyze surveys, including question design and sampling-related considerations.
• IT education.
• You communicate effectively in both English and Swedish.
