About the Assignment
You will take a central role in a global organization’s use of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Marketing). The assignment is focused on turning customer data and marketing goals into scalable platform capabilities that support multiple markets. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions and help shape how segmentation, customer journeys, campaigns, and automated flows are designed, built, and used.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both platform work and the broader marketing context. You will help different markets get more value from the platform while contributing to a consistent and sustainable way of working. It is a great opportunity if you want real influence over a global marketing platform and the chance to grow into a more strategic ownership role.
Job Description
- You will build and refine segments, customer journeys, campaigns, and automated flows in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
- You will connect customer data, marketing objectives, and platform capabilities to create effective and scalable solutions.
- You will support and guide stakeholders and markets in how the platform can be used in a structured and practical way.
- You will collaborate across functions to improve how data-driven marketing is planned and executed.
- You will contribute to the ongoing development of platform governance and ways of working in an international, multi-market environment.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Marketing)
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer journeys, and segmentation
- Practical experience building segments, customer journeys, campaigns, and automated flows
- Ability to connect customer data, marketing objectives, and system capabilities
- Experience working in a global, multi-market organization
- Fluent English, written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service
