About the Assignment

You will help shape how business needs are turned into practical, scalable solutions in a modern connectivity environment within the automotive sector. This assignment sits close to both business and technology, where you work with stakeholders, architects, analysts, and development teams to make sure needs are clear, feasible, and followed through all the way into delivery.

You will join a DevOps-oriented organization focused on the development, maintenance, and operation of a microservices-based platform. The role combines requirements work, solution refinement, and continuous improvement of ways of working, making it a strong opportunity if you enjoy creating structure in a complex setting and influencing how solutions are defined.

Job Description

• You collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear solution requirements.
• You gather, structure, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements and specifications.
• You work closely with architects, other business analysts, and development teams to refine solution proposals.
• You follow up on requirement fulfilment during delivery and support teams throughout the implementation process.
• You analyze existing solutions and help tailor them to changing business needs.
• You contribute to improving ways of working connected to requirement management and solution delivery.

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
• You have proven experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, System Architect, or in a similar analytical role involving requirements gathering, process modelling, data analysis, and solution design.
• You have strong skills in requirements elicitation and analysis, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, and documentation of business and functional requirements.
• You are comfortable working closely with architects and development teams to refine solutions and support delivery.
• You have experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• You understand project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• You communicate clearly in both spoken and written form and are confident facilitating dialogue across different stakeholders.
• You are able to complete a background check before the assignment begins.

Nice to have

• Experience from the automotive, connectivity, or telecom industry.
