About the Assignment

You will join an on-prem Active Directory team that wants to strengthen its ADDS capability. The assignment combines day-to-day operations with long-term development, which means you will work both with stable run and maintain activities and with initiatives that help the environment grow and transform.

This is a role for you who enjoy taking ownership in a central infrastructure area, balancing business needs with technical setup, and contributing with both hands-on expertise and solution design. It is an interesting opportunity if you want to work close to the core of a critical AD environment while helping shape its continued development.

Job Description

• You will manage and maintain a Microsoft Active Directory on-prem environment.
• You will design AD solutions that support both operational stability and future development.
• You will drive improvements and transformation work within ADDS.
• You will work closely with stakeholders and communicate technical choices in a clear and practical way.
• You will balance business needs with the right technical setup to create sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Active Directory on-prem solutions.
• Ability to design solutions and run and maintain them.
• You are self-driven and comfortable taking ownership of the AD environment.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Collaborative way of working and strong delivery focus.
• Good ability to balance business needs with technical setup.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
