About the Assignment

You will support a complex international business environment within the automotive industry, where structure, timing, and clear follow-up are key to keeping strategic work moving. In this role, you will work close to leadership processes and help coordinate important activities connected to a monthly steering committee and ongoing collaboration with headquarters.

The assignment combines planning, coordination, communication, and follow-through. You will help ensure that meetings are well prepared, decisions are documented, and actions are driven forward across the organization. You will also play an important part in strengthening collaboration with the CTO office and helping internal teams deliver on expectations. Job Description

• You will coordinate the full business flow for a monthly steering committee, including agenda planning, material collection and iteration, meeting invitations, and practical meeting organization.
• You will prepare and structure meeting documentation, including minutes, action items, and follow-up activities.
• You will support collaboration with the CTO office at headquarters and help speed up execution of special tasks, actions, and events.
• You will drive internal coordination to keep activities moving forward and ensure that requirements from the CTO office are followed up.
• You will create structure across several parallel workstreams and help stakeholders stay aligned on priorities, actions, and next steps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Strong communication skills and project management skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Fluent Swedish.
• 5+ years experience in automotive industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.

Nice to have

• Chinese speaking ability.
