About the Role

You will take a central role in a production-focused IT support function where stability, responsiveness, and close collaboration with the business are key. Working near the factory environment, you will help ensure that production-critical IT systems run reliably and that the support team has clear direction in day-to-day operations.

This role combines team leadership, operational coordination, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with production, engineering, and IT to understand needs, prioritise efforts, and turn operational challenges into structured actions. Job Description

• You will act as the main contact for stakeholders across the production value streams.
• You will lead, coordinate, and support the daily work of the IT support team.
• You will help secure stable operation of production-critical IT systems and support services.
• You will translate needs from production users and operators into clear requirements for IT technicians.
• You will describe project needs and help plan the required IT and operational capacity.
• You will support the production organisation with cost balancing and financial follow-up.
• You will follow up on support statistics, KPIs, and operational data to identify improvements.
• You will act as a key contact during incidents that affect production and contribute to fast, structured resolution.
• You will participate in local improvement initiatives and support IT-related projects.
• You will work closely with production, engineering, and IT leadership to improve processes and ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience from IT support, IT operations, or a similar technical environment.
• Experience supporting production-critical environments.
• Previous experience in leadership, team coordination, or stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate business and user needs into technical requirements.
• Background in IT, Business Analytics, or a similar technical or business-oriented field.
• Structured and analytical way of working, with confidence in using data and KPIs to drive improvement.
• Strong coordination skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across production, engineering, and IT.
• Confident use of IT tools and systems.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

Nice to have

• Understanding of production processes from a manufacturing environment.
