About the Role

You will step into a large-scale environment where strong Scrum leadership is key to keeping software delivery focused, effective, and aligned across teams. This role suits you if you are comfortable entering a complex context quickly, understanding how the work is organized, and helping teams move forward with clarity and momentum.

You will work close to delivery and project stakeholders, with a clear focus on software Scrum practices in an environment where structure, communication, and fast onboarding matter. If you enjoy creating flow, removing obstacles, and helping teams perform at their best, this is a role where you can make an immediate impact.

Job Description

• You will facilitate Scrum ways of working and help teams build a clear, sustainable delivery rhythm.
• You will support software-focused teams in planning, coordination, and continuous improvement.
• You will help create alignment in a large-scale environment with several stakeholders and moving parts.
• You will remove impediments, drive progress, and enable the team to contribute effectively from sprint to sprint.
• You will quickly understand the current context and start adding value from the beginning of the assignment.
• You will use clear communication to build trust, collaboration, and momentum across the delivery setup.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master and solid project experience.
• You have experience working in large-scale environments.
• You have a strong focus on software Scrum practices.
• You are an outgoing and strong communicator.
• You are able to onboard quickly, understand the context, and contribute right away.
• You have fluent English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure Devops.
• Knowledge of the hardware industry.
