About the Role

You will join a business-critical transformation in the financial sector, where two on-prem billing solutions are being replaced with a modern SaaS-based setup. The program includes several subprojects and combines external SaaS components with in-house systems, a large integration layer, invoice document generation, and connections to subledger and accounts receivable. In this role, you will own the overall testing perspective across a complex landscape with many dependencies and stakeholders. It is a great opportunity if you want to shape quality in a modern architecture where end-to-end flows are central to a successful delivery.

Job Description

• You will define and implement the overall test strategy across the program.
• You will drive test planning, execution, reporting, and defect management.
• You will secure quality across the integration layer, the SaaS solution, and downstream systems.
• You will coordinate end-to-end testing for data exchange based on batch files, event streams, and API calls.
• You will work closely with development teams, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• You will create alignment between internal teams and the external SaaS provider to support stable and efficient delivery.
• You will contribute to a structured and pragmatic testing approach in a transformation with high business impact.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Test Manager in large IT programs.
• Proven experience managing testing of integration-heavy solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end testing in distributed architectures.
• Experience working with SaaS transformations.
• Experience with API, Kafka, and batch-based integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology.
• Ability to work in both Swedish and English.

Nice to have

• Experience from the financial sector.
• Experience testing billing solutions.
