About the Role

You will step into a central role where administration, finance, and customer interaction come together. In this position, you help keep the order flow accurate, efficient, and well documented in an international technology environment. You will follow orders through the full lifecycle, from entry and delivery follow-up to invoicing, while supporting strong financial control and a high level of service.

You will work across both operational and commercial processes, with close contact with customers and internal stakeholders. Your structure, accuracy, and ability to keep things moving will have a direct impact on quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction. Job Description

• You will manage and process customer orders throughout the full lifecycle.
• You will follow up on deliveries, costs, and invoicing to ensure accuracy and quality.
• You will support the financial control of service assignments and deliveries of products and spare parts.
• You will help ensure that contracts, internal processes, and documentation standards are followed.
• You will maintain ongoing communication with customers and internal stakeholders to keep the flow smooth and transparent.
• You will contribute to an efficient way of working that supports both business needs and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience from administrative work.
• Basic understanding of finance and business processes.
• A structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused way of working.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

• Experience from order management.
