About the Role

You will help shape and run platform capabilities that enable product and data teams to build, deploy, and work with analytics at scale. In this role, you take ownership of platforms in production and focus on making them reliable, secure, and cost efficient over time.

This is a hands-on platform engineering role with a strong operational focus. You will work in a complex environment where stability, maintainability, and standardization matter just as much as delivery speed. The assignment suits you if you enjoy combining a developer mindset with platform-wide responsibility and if you are comfortable solving problems independently from day one.

Job Description

• You will design, operate, and continuously improve platform capabilities within Data & Analytics.
• You will take ownership of platforms in production and drive reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
• You will enable product and data teams with stable, well-maintained platforms that support efficient development, deployment, and analytics at scale.
• You will work proactively with troubleshooting and problem solving across the platform landscape.
• You will contribute to standardization and continuous improvement so the platform remains sustainable over time.
• You will apply a developer-oriented approach to platform engineering, with focus on practical solutions rather than infrastructure in isolation.
• You will work independently in a complex environment and take responsibility with limited onboarding.

Requirements

• Strong background in software development.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or equivalent.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Very strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good security understanding in a platform context.
• Practical experience with GCP, or a strong background in Azure or AWS combined with demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
• Strong understanding of platform principles, not only individual tools.
• Proven ability to work independently in complex environments.
• Ability to take responsibility from day one.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
