About the Role

You will join a technically advanced industrial technology environment where embedded electronics and controller platforms are central to product reliability and long-term performance. In this role, you will help solve complex technical issues, support product maintenance, and contribute to investigations that improve both existing solutions and future development.

You will work closely with experienced engineering teams across disciplines, combining hands-on troubleshooting with deeper technical analysis of digital electronics, embedded controller systems, and FPGA-based designs. Job Description

• You will analyze, maintain, and troubleshoot embedded electronic systems in a complex controller environment.
• You will work with digital electronics and embedded controller designs to support stable and high-performing products.
• You will drive technical investigations and root-cause analysis related to product behavior, issues, and improvements.
• You will collaborate with engineering teams handling customer-related cases and technical enhancements.
• You will contribute to maintenance and lifecycle management of controller products with long service life.
• You will work with FPGA-based solutions and embedded hardware platforms in both investigation and improvement activities.
• You will support continuous improvement within electronics and controller development through your technical expertise.
• You will take part in technical discussions and provide senior-level engineering support in complex matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical field
• 5–10 years of experience as an Electronics Engineer
• Strong experience in digital electronics and embedded systems
• Experience with microcontroller-based designs
• Hands-on experience with FPGA development and VHDL programming
• Understanding of embedded software, firmware, and hardware/software interaction
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in technically complex environments
• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Experience from maintenance-focused engineering environments
• Experience supporting long-lifecycle industrial products
• Background in industrial automation, controller systems, or communication products
• Experience working in international engineering organizations
