Junior Global Fleet Operations Coordinator

About the Role
You will help keep a global fleet sales operation running smoothly by supporting markets, improving system usage, and strengthening contract and compliance processes in an international automotive environment. In this role, you work closely with operations, finance, digital, and project teams, and act as an important point of contact for questions related to orders, systems, and customer agreements.
The role combines day-to-day coordination with continuous improvement. You get to support established sales processes, contribute to digital enhancements, and help create efficient ways of working across multiple markets. Job Description
- You manage fleet sales related support tickets and help resolve order and system questions together with operational, finance, and digital teams.
- You advise markets on system usage through proactive daily communication and practical support.
- You review processes and perform monthly compliance controls to support SOX-compliant ways of working.
- You support the rollout of digital processes for contract automation and storage.
- You help ensure customer agreements are signed, renewed, updated, and documented with clear instructions and templates.
- You collaborate with project managers to update training material and with digital teams to scope system improvements and changes.
- You support internal fleet-related events and, when needed, contribute to project activities and the rollout of new digital solutions and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.
- Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
Nice to have
- Marketing and events experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate work experience.
