About the Role

You will join an international organization in the middle of a major system transformation, where purchasing processes are being adapted to a new system landscape. In this role, you will help make sure daily purchasing operations continue to run smoothly while the organization moves through change.

You will work close to both business and IT and become an important link between users, support teams, and the purchasing organization. The role combines operational support, process understanding, and system-related coordination, which makes it a strong opportunity if you want to deepen your expertise in procurement systems, master data, and continuous improvement.

Job Description

• You will support users with questions related to purchasing systems and processes.
• You will troubleshoot purchasing-related issues and help drive them toward resolution.
• You will create, coordinate, and follow up tickets to ensure effective handling.
• You will act as a bridge between support teams, buyers, and business users.
• You will maintain and update master data in business systems.
• You will contribute to improving purchasing processes in the new system environment.
• You will support the senior superuser in project-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in finance, IT, or a similar field.
• Experience from purchasing-related roles such as purchasing controller, project manager, or similar.
• Preferably experience within IT procurement.
• Good understanding of purchasing systems and purchasing processes.
• Experience working with master data and troubleshooting in business systems.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, especially SAP Ariba.
• Experience with EBD.
• Experience from system implementation or process-related projects.
• Experience working in a global organization.
• Experience from strategic work.
