About the Role

You will help an organization turn new AI platforms into practical, scalable services that people can use with confidence. The focus is on enabling and operationalizing platforms such as Claude and other AI systems introduced over time, with a strong emphasis on structure, adoption, and long-term service quality.

In this role, you work at the intersection of AI, operations, and collaboration. You support the rollout of new capabilities, create the material and guidance users need, and help align technical teams, platform owners, governance functions, and business stakeholders. Job Description

• You will drive enablement activities for newly introduced AI platforms and services.
• You will create onboarding material, usage guidelines, service documentation, and operational playbooks.
• You will help establish robust, scalable, and reusable AI services and ways of working.
• You will support coordination between technical teams, platform owners, governance functions, and business stakeholders.
• You will assist with project management and execution within AI enablement initiatives.
• You will support rollout planning, user onboarding, communication, and adoption activities.
• You will contribute to standardization, governance alignment, and improvements in service maturity.
• You will identify opportunities to strengthen operational models, support structures, and the user experience around AI services.

Requirements

• Experience working with AI platforms, Generative AI solutions, or digital enablement initiatives.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to create structured onboarding material, documentation, and user guidance.
• Experience supporting rollout and adoption of new systems or services.
• Understanding of scalable service delivery and operational processes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
• Ability to work independently in fast-changing environments.
• Experience with enterprise collaboration and productivity tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI platforms such as Claude, Copilot, OpenAI, or similar solutions.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance, or AI operating models.
• Experience with change management or training initiatives.
• Understanding of Agile ways of working and project management methodologies.
• Technical understanding of modern AI ecosystems and integrations.
