About the Role

You will step into a hands-on junior communications role where clear messaging and strong execution make a visible difference. The assignment focuses on supporting both internal and external communication activities, helping the business communicate consistently across channels, audiences and formats.

You will work close to ongoing communication initiatives and contribute to content that informs, engages and strengthens brand positioning for stakeholders such as employees, customers, management, media and other external audiences. This is an interesting opportunity for you who want to build experience across digital channels, editorial work and media-related communication in one role.

Job Description

• You create and adapt content for digital and external communication channels.
• You publish and update web content.
• You support press release distribution and media-related activities.
• You monitor media coverage and contribute to analysis and follow-up.
• You support communication campaigns and editorial activities.
• You help ensure that communication activities align with business objectives, communication strategies and brand positioning.

Requirements

• Experience with digital communication and publishing tools such as Sitefinity.
• Experience with press release distribution tools such as Cision.
• Experience with media analysis tools such as Retriever.
• Content creation skills across different formats, including Photoshop.
• Strong written communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on, operational approach and the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work in both Swedish and English.
