About the Role

You will support a Battery Cell & Module Procurement team in an automotive environment shaped by electrification, high pace, and complex decisions. This is a role for you if you are comfortable working when not everything is fully defined and if you enjoy creating structure in situations with changing priorities.

You will work close to stakeholders across functions, help move important purchasing topics forward, and turn complex questions into clear recommendations. The role combines commercial thinking, analytical sharpness, and the ability to build alignment internally. It is an exciting opportunity to work close to battery-related procurement in a fast-moving part of the automotive industry.

Job Description

Requirements

• You have experience from a fast-paced and complex environment.
• You are strong at navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• You can quickly identify the core problem statement, even in complex or unstructured issues.
• You can turn complex topics into clear and actionable recommendations.
• You have proven ability to influence and align internal decision-makers across functions.
• You have solid negotiation experience.
• You work in a calm, structured, and effective way under pressure.
• You are able to complete a basic background check covering education, employment history, identity, and citizenship verification.
