About the Role

You will take on a key role in bus development, leading cross-functional work focused on field quality for bus chassis. This is a position where you work close to several parts of the organization, from field quality and procurement to design, production and suppliers, with a clear focus on solving issues, improving quality and supporting the end customer.

The role combines leadership, coordination and technical understanding. You will help drive investigations forward, create alignment across teams and make sure developed solutions are introduced in a structured way. You will also contribute to improvements in tools and processes to shorten lead times and increase efficiency. Job Description

• You lead and develop the project teams you work with in bus chassis field quality assignments.
• You facilitate root cause analysis and help the team identify and define the root cause.
• You set time plans together with the team and make sure progress stays on track, while escalating when needed.
• You coordinate and secure the introduction of the solutions developed by your teams.
• You work closely with field quality, procurement, design, production, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• You support market actions when needed together with the field quality function.
• You contribute to continuous improvements in tools and processes to create better efficiency and shorter lead times for customers.

Requirements

• MSc or BSc degree.
• 4-6 years’ experience of product development including project management.
• Prior experience as a Project Manager or Assignment Manager.
• Fluent English.
• You are structured, proactive and comfortable working both independently and in close collaboration with others.

Nice to have

• Project management education or certification.
• Experience from a bus organization.
• Swedish language skills.
