About the Role

You will join a global industrial environment where accurate order handling, clear communication and efficient internal flows are critical to the business. In this role, you support customers and internal stakeholders throughout the order process, helping ensure that orders move smoothly from entry to follow-up. You will work in SAP and other internal tools while also contributing to improvements in electronic order flows and administrative routines. Job Description

• You will manage customer orders and handle order-related questions in a structured and timely way.
• You will coordinate with internal teams to support smooth order handling and delivery follow-up.
• You will work in SAP and other internal systems and tools as part of the daily order and administration flow.
• You will help improve electronic order flows and internal ways of working.
• You will maintain clear communication with customers and stakeholders throughout the process.
• You will identify improvement areas and support ongoing process development.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in customer service, order handling, or administration
• Experience working in ERP systems
• You work in a structured and proactive way and can manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• You communicate clearly and are comfortable coordinating with different stakeholders.
• Swedish is required and you have basic knowledge of English.

Nice to have

• Experience working in SAP
• Business Administration education or equivalent experience
