About the Role

You will support a tech architecture stream in a large SAP S/4HANA transformation within the retail sector. The role is broad and hands-on, with a focus on keeping deliveries moving, aligning stakeholders, and creating structure in a fast-paced environment.

You will work close to the stream and help bring clarity across meetings, follow-ups, and planning. As you grow in the role, there is room to take on more responsibility and expand your scope around delivery coordination. This is a great opportunity if you want to learn quickly in a complex transformation environment.

Job Description

• You will help design ways of working and support stream processes.
• You will create and update Jira items to keep work visible and structured.
• You will follow deliveries in Jira across streams and teams to help ensure timelines are met.
• You will plan meetings, document minutes, and drive follow-ups and action points.
• You will help the team stay organized and coordinated in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
• You will have the chance to take on broader responsibilities as you learn more about the delivery setup.

Requirements

• You are organized, driven, and eager to learn.
• You are comfortable coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing delivery activities.
• You can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and parallel activities.
• You are confident using PowerPoint and can help run meetings in a structured way.
• You do not need SAP experience for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira.
• Experience with Confluence.
