About the Role

You will play an important role in creating a secure, accessible and well-functioning workplace. Working closely with the Facility Management team, you help keep daily security and facility processes running smoothly through accurate system administration, strong service and careful coordination.

This role suits you if you enjoy combining structure, responsibility and day-to-day problem solving. You will work across access control, ID handling and facility support in an environment where accuracy, compliance and collaboration matter. It is an interesting opportunity to take broad ownership in a role that sits at the intersection of security, operations and workplace services.

Job Description

• You administer and continuously review the access systems Artifex, ARX and INTEGRA.
• You issue, update and deactivate access cards and access profiles.
• You manage data in the security systems, including personal data, access rights, card readers and access zones.
• You handle special access requests together with the Facility Manager.
• You support the Facility Management team in security-related coordination and daily operational questions.
• You take responsibility for the ID card system and maintain contact with external suppliers.
• You manage parking access administration and coordinate related activities with external parties.
• You coordinate subcontractors within facility management and contribute with ad hoc facility support when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in INTEGRA Security system.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in using ARTIFEX / ARX access systems.
• Experience in leading people.
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• You have high integrity, are reliable and communicate clearly.
• You have a proactive mindset and are comfortable working according to established security standards.

• HLR, First Aid and Evacuation training.
