About the Role

This role is a strong fit for you if you enjoy bringing structure to complex IT change work while keeping pace in a fast-moving environment. You will support the full change lifecycle in a setting with clear governance needs, high expectations on quality, and a strong focus on operational improvement. The work sits close to cloud and infrastructure, where decisions need to be made quickly, with good judgment and a clear view of risk.

You will help create smoother, more effective ways of working across change activities while balancing multiple priorities at the same time. The assignment also includes identifying where automation can improve flow, tightening controls where needed, and helping the organization do more with less without compromising governance guardrails. It is an interesting opportunity for you if you like combining operational coordination with hands-on change management in a modern IT environment.

Job Description

• You will support the end-to-end change lifecycle across IT change activities.
• You will make fast, risk-aware decisions and help ensure changes move forward in a controlled way.
• You will coordinate multiple priorities in parallel and keep progress aligned across stakeholders and workstreams.
• You will contribute to stronger controls and help ensure governance guardrails are consistently followed.
• You will identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and quality in the change process.
• You will help optimize ways of working to improve quality and NPS.
• You will work closely with cloud and infrastructure-related change areas and support effective execution.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in change management.
• Strong understanding of cloud and infrastructure environments.
• Ability to support and coordinate the full change lifecycle end to end.
• Ability to make quick, risk-aware decisions in a dynamic IT environment.
• Experience working with governance and controls in change-related processes.
• Ability to manage several priorities at the same time while maintaining quality.

Nice to have

• 8+ years IT experience.
• Recent hands-on change management experience (3-5 years).
• Strong cloud/infra experience (2+ years - team lead/tower/finra lead).
