About the Role

You will join a team working with advanced mechanical equipment in a highly technical industrial environment. In this role, you support both development projects and order-related design work, which means you get a broad introduction to the full product lifecycle.

You will work close to R&D as well as teams handling production, sourcing, and issue resolution. That gives you the chance to contribute to both new design concepts and improvements to existing products, while building practical experience in design, documentation, and engineering collaboration. Job Description

• You will work with mechanical design in both development projects and customer order-related activities.
• You will create and update 3D models and 2D drawings in CREO, with a focus on standards compliance and design quality.
• You will support simulation-related tasks as part of the design process.
• You will manage master data and maintain product structures in Windchill.
• You will contribute to concept development, feasibility analysis, and design reviews for new solutions.
• You will update and maintain technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D, production, and sourcing to solve design-related questions and improve product quality.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CREO CAD software.
• Proficiency in Windchill PDM.
• Ability to work with mechanical design, 3D models, and 2D drawings.
• Experience maintaining technical documentation in an engineering environment.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance analysis.
• Familiarity with FMEA or other design risk assessment tools.
• Basic understanding of fluid dynamics and mechanical stress analysis.
• Experience with AutoCAD Inventor.
