About the Role

You will take a key role in keeping daily facility and security operations structured, safe, and compliant. In this assignment, you will support an internal Facility Management team with access control, security system administration, and practical coordination across the workplace. A large part of the role is to ensure that access rights, personal data, cards, readers, and access zones are managed correctly and updated continuously in the security systems.

You will work close to both internal stakeholders and external suppliers, which means you get a varied role that combines system administration, service, and hands-on operational support. Job Description

• You will administer and continuously review access and security systems, including Artifex, ARX, and INTEGRA.
• You will issue, update, and deactivate access cards and user profiles.
• You will manage personal data, access rights, card readers, and access zones with a high level of accuracy.
• You will handle special access requests in close coordination with the Facility Manager.
• You will support the Facility Management team in security-related coordination and day-to-day facility matters.
• You will take responsibility for the ID card system and maintain contact with relevant suppliers.
• You will coordinate parking access administration and support external coordination when needed.
• You will help coordinate subcontractors and provide ad hoc facility support as priorities shift.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in INTEGRA Security system.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in using ARTIFEX / ARX access systems.
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in leading people.
• You work with high integrity, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• You have a proactive approach and are comfortable following established security standards.

• HLR, First Aid, and Evacuation training.
