About the Role

You will take a key role in a business-critical S/4 migration where service-related SAP processes are being transformed and modernized. The assignment sits in an environment with complex ERP and financial solution needs, where the role bridges classic project leadership and a solid understanding of SAP Service Management.

You will drive the IT side of the project and work closely with stakeholders to secure progress across scope, quality, budget, timeline, and delivery. This is a role for you if you enjoy combining structure, senior project leadership, and enough SAP knowledge to make confident decisions in a transformation setting. What makes the role especially interesting is the chance to influence a large-scale SAP migration tied to core service and billing processes.

Job Description

• You will lead the IT workstream in an S/4 migration with focus on service-related processes.
• You will define project setup, objectives, scope, resource needs, and delivery plan together with relevant stakeholders.
• You will manage project execution across budget, timeline, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• You will coordinate stakeholder requirements and turn business needs into clear project direction.
• You will work close to SAP Service Management and support decisions where project management and technical understanding need to come together.
• You will oversee external parties when needed and ensure aligned delivery across teams and partners.
• You will drive project closure, follow-up, and resource coordination throughout the full lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of experience working as a Project Manager.
• Fluent Swedish.
• Ability to work in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in S/4 migration projects.
• Experience with SAP Service Management (SM), including integration of service contracts, service orders, billing, and pricing.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience with Migration Build and Execution, including historical data and open items.
• Ability to work in a role that combines project leadership with technical understanding of SAP Service Management.

Nice to have

• Experience from field services companies or industry, with good understanding of related business processes and operating models.
