About the Role

You will help shape how AI solutions are designed, reviewed, and scaled across a global enterprise. In this role, you act as a key enabler for teams working with AI in different regions and domains, making sure they solve the right problems with the right tools and patterns. You will contribute to architectural reviews, support solution design, and help turn enterprise strategy, governance, and policy into practical ways of working.

This is a role for you who enjoy combining technology, structure, and collaboration. You will work close to architects, platform teams, and governance functions to create consistency across AI initiatives while supporting innovation, security, compliance, and long-term sustainability. The role is especially interesting if you want to influence how responsible AI is embedded into real delivery and not just defined on paper.

Job Description

• You will contribute to global architectural reviews for AI solutions together with architects across Data, AI, and IT.
• You will guide teams on AI solution design, platform choices, and integration patterns to support scalability, consistency, and compliance.
• You will help mature AI solutions from experimentation to production by giving practical architectural and operational guidance.
• You will create and evolve AI frameworks, reference architectures, policies, guidelines, and guardrails.
• You will support the definition of architectural decision records and review criteria for AI-related initiatives.
• You will translate policy, governance, and risk-related requirements into actionable guidance that delivery teams can use in practice.
• You will help embed governance into platforms and delivery processes to reduce reliance on manual controls.
• You will develop tutorials, templates, checklists, and examples that help teams build AI solutions correctly from the start.
• You will promote approved AI tools, platforms, and reusable patterns across the organization.
• You will collaborate closely with AI architects, solution architects, IT, Security, Privacy, Compliance, and domain teams.
• You will support knowledge sharing and contribute to internal communities of practice across regions.

Requirements

• Strong experience working with AI solutions in an enterprise environment
• Solid understanding of AI/ML solution architectures
• Solid understanding of cloud-based AI platforms
• Solid understanding of data, security, and integration principles
• Solid understanding of software development
• Experience contributing to architectural reviews, standards, or governance
• Ability to translate complex technical or regulatory requirements into clear and practical guidance
• Comfort working across functions and with stakeholders at different seniority levels

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI policies, risk classification, or responsible AI practices
• Background as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, Solution Architect, or Platform Engineer
• Experience creating internal guidance, tutorials, or enablement material
• Exposure to global or federated operating models
