Job Description

• You will develop, improve, and maintain AI/ML solutions together with team members and stakeholders.
• You will contribute throughout different phases of the AI/ML development lifecycle, from understanding needs to implementation and ongoing improvement.
• You will analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing solutions with a structured and pragmatic approach.
• You will help define and apply suitable software testing methods to improve quality and reliability.
• You will write and communicate technical details clearly, including user stories, to support transparency and alignment in the team.
• You will apply coding standards, design patterns, and software development best practices to solve complex problems and improve maintainability and performance.
• You will make informed technical choices based on requirements, available tools, and organisational standards.
• You will work independently in technical problem-solving while knowing when collaboration or escalation is the right path forward.

Requirements

• Applicable working experience or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
• Deep knowledge of Python programming.
• Solid understanding of common AI/ML algorithms and paradigms.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and MLOps.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and cloud-based development.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and the ability to implement appropriate testing procedures.
• Ability to communicate technical details clearly with both team members and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of coding standards, best practices, and design patterns, and how to apply them effectively.
