About the Role

Do you want to help raise quality in new development products before they reach users? In this role, you join a system and application test team working in an advanced robotics and automation environment, where software, electronics and robot manipulators must work together across different applications.

You will be part of a hands-on test setup where you combine technical testing with close collaboration across stakeholders. The role includes both practical work in test environments and coordination with global teams to make sure the right test configurations and specifications are in place. You will also work closely with product owners to align on expectations and support project communication when needed.

Job Description

• You will coordinate communication and alignment between different stakeholders involved in testing and development.
• You will drive collaboration with global solution centers to define test configurations and create relevant test specifications.
• You will set up robot cells and work hands-on with robot programming.
• You will develop, run and follow up tests covering complete systems, including software, electronics and robot applications.
• You will work with product owners to clarify expectations and support material related to the products, such as videos and photos.
• You will contribute to process improvements within the project to strengthen quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience working with system or application testing in environments where software, electronics and automation equipment interact.
• Programming skills in RAPID and C#.
• Knowledge of robot systems and electronics hardware.
• Ability to work in a structured way with a strong focus on quality.
• Strong English skills, written and spoken.
• Bachelor or Master degree together with 2-6 years of work experience within the relevant field, or another technical degree with 10-15 years of work experience within relevant field.

• Swedish skills, written and spoken.
